CAF Cup: Bendel Insurance Pip ASO Chlef By a Lone Goal

           Tension in Benin: Bendel Insurance Tackle                 ASO of Algeria Hendrix Oliomogbe  Bendel Insurance FC of Benin on Saturday at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium defeated  visiting AS Olympic Chlef (ASO) of Algeria by a lone goal in the first leg of the 2023/2024 CAF Confederation Cup. WAFU-B Qualifiers Kick Off Sunday in Benin, Republic of Nigér Withdraws

  Hendrix Oliomogbe  All is now set for the West Africa Football Union-B (WAFU-B) qualifiers for Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) 2023 Women’s Champions League which is scheduled to hold between August 20 and September 2, 2023 at the main bowl of the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.  Ahead of tomorrow kick off, the qualifiers were reshuffled due to fresh draws at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium Friday following the political crisis in Republic of Niger, leading to the withdrawal of AS Garde National of Nigér.  The representatives of six teams from  Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso, Benin Republic, and Cote d’Ivoire  were on ground at the ceremony and are expected to participate in the 2023 qualifiers.
