Edo Exco Composed of Credible Commissioners, Will Deliver, Assures Land and Housing, Commissioner Yakson

Edo State Commissioner of Land and Housing, Alhaji Yakubu Oshiorenua Musa has expressed faith in the ability of the 28-man cabinet recently unveiled by Governor Monday Okpebholo in Benin City.
Alhaji Musa who spoke with journalists shortly after he was sworn in on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 said that going by the caliber of people in the exco, he had no doubt in the ability of the commissioners to deliver on the dividends of democracy to Edo people.
The former Chairman of Etsako West Local Government Area noted that he was going to work with credible people, most of whom he knew for a very long time.
Fondly called Yakson, Alhaji Musa said: "I am going to work with credible people. I know so many of them. We know ourselves and our capacity and we know what we can do.
"It's going to be good for Edo State going by the caliber of men that the governor has chosen for the Edo State exco. I'll do my best to add value as a commissioner in Edo State."
Going by the political arithmetic on the ground in the country at present, the Auchi, Edo State born politician predicted a landslide victory for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election, adding:
"Asiwaju 2027 is a sure banker already. It's a done deal and we're just waiting for the day. Delivering the 2.5 million votes to President Bola Tinubu in 2027 is a done deal. We're just waiting for the date."
