The Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, declined to nullify the election of Governor Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In dismissing the petition by Asue Ighodalo of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Justice declared: In view of the nature of the case the Petitioners have an onerous duty in strictly proving their cases. So pw23457 not being pooling units agents are not competent witness as they were nowhere near the pooling units to observe whether there were prior recordings or not
