In a congratulatory message Chief Ohimai, popularly known as Tarex and made available to Airport Correspondents this evening in Abuja, he noted that his close association for a long time with Aigboboh reveals a man of extreme confidence, enthusiasm, persistence and contagious happiness that infects all that comes in contact with him.

"As the personal assistant to the executive governor, you have used your position to bring sunshine to the downtrodden and inspired hopes in the lives of the youths.
He continued: "Edo State and the South/South, which Edo State is part of are proud of you, and we strongly believe that this birthday marks a new dawn in your life."
